This is a vintage Courreges wool skirt dating to the 1970s.  Being Courreges, is beautifully structured.  It wraps around, overlaps, and does up at the front with three buttons and a snap at the waist.  There is a pleat at the left front and another at the right back.  It is fully lined in black acetate. 

Makers Label: Courreges Paris Made in France.  Fabrique en France Style: 26405 A Professionnally Clean Only Warm Iron Material 4% Polyamide 96% Laine Cardée Peignee Wool.  The fabric has a beautiful texture to it.

Color: Black.  I’ve lightened the tone in the photos so that you can see the detail better.

Sizing: Size 0 is indicated, which is the Courreges size code for a US size 4/6 - please note the following measurements for fit (your body measurements should be smaller, or measure a similar garment that you own):

Waist: 27” around

Hips:  46” around, should fall loosely  

Hemline:  70” around with a normal fall

Length:  27 1/2”, measured flat

Condition:  This skirt is in very good condition with no wear, tear or staining.  This skirt has been well cared for over the years.
